Waiter & Steward Positions – Mohali

About the role

We are hiring waiters, stewards and guest service associates for Anyday Cafe, a vibrant new café in Mohali, Punjab. The roles involve serving guests in a casual, high‑energy environment and are open for immediate joining.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and escort guests to their tables.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Serve dishes and drinks, ensuring timely delivery.
• Maintain service stations stocked with cutlery, napkins, trays, etc.
• Clear and reset tables, clean dishes, pans and pots.
• Assist with food pickup from the kitchen and ensure presentation standards.
• Handle guest queries, upsell menu items and resolve service issues.

Required profile

• Hotel Management or similar educational background.
• 6 months to 2 years experience in hotel or restaurant operations (freshers with a hotel management degree are acceptable).
• Good command of English and Hindi.
• Presentable, well‑groomed and able to work shift‑wise for 6 days a week.
• Local candidates from Chandigarh/Mohali or those willing to relocate immediately.
• Early joiner preferred.

Required skills

• Ability to explain and sell menu items.
• Effective communication in English and Hindi.

• CTC ranging from 2.40 to 3.60 LPA with variable components (service charge, tips, yearly bonus).
