About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Gurugram, India. The Senior Barista will prepare and serve high‑quality coffee and beverages, assist with food preparation, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will help create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks and other beverages.
• Assist in food preparation and ensure food safety standards.
• Operate coffee‑making equipment and maintain its cleanliness.
• Stock supplies and keep the café area tidy.
• Address customer inquiries and foster a friendly environment.

Required profile

• Proven barista experience with expertise in coffee preparation and equipment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for customer interaction.
• Customer‑service orientation to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with attention to detail.
• Passion for coffee and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
