About the role
KingAsterisk is a fast-growing end-to-end call center solution provider that develops multiple VoIP-based solutions and applications. It is looking for a VoIP Engineer in Ahmedabad, India, to work on its VoIP networks and related infrastructure.
Key responsibilities
- Meet with IT managers to determine the company's networking needs
- Analyze existing VoIP networks and computer systems
- Develop architecture plans for voice and data services
- Install network hardware modules, including IP and PBX communication servers
- Troubleshoot VoIP network issues
Required profile
- B.E. (Civil Engineering / Information Technology) or M.C.A. degree
- 1 to 3 years of experience
- Full-time position
Required skills
- Familiarity with WAN and LAN systems
- Good project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
