Virtual Growth Executive – Banking Relationship Management

About the role

The Virtual Growth Executive will serve as the main point of contact for a set of HDFC Bank branches and their Relationship Managers (RMs). Working remotely, you will educate, enable and support RMs to cross‑sell HDFC Securities products while gathering valuable feedback to improve conversion and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the single liaison for assigned branches/RMs, proactively reaching out to educate them on product offerings, account opening journeys and documentation.
• Assist RMs in identifying eligible customers for Demat, trading, mutual funds and other financial products, providing guidance during customer conversations and tracking leads.
• Conduct post‑interaction calls with RMs to capture customer feedback, objections, drop‑off reasons and qualitative insights on product or process gaps.
• Organise regular virtual training sessions, share pitch decks, FAQs and objection‑handling guides, and highlight recurring feedback to internal teams.
• Coordinate with Operations, Customer Support, Product and other internal teams to resolve issues and maintain basic MIS on outreach, leads and feedback themes.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in sales, relationship management, BFSI contact centre or customer feedback roles.
• Graduate in any discipline; commerce or finance background preferred.
• Basic understanding of banking and financial products; familiarity with Demat, trading or mutual fund products is a plus.
