Assistant Manager B2B Sales

About the role

The Assistant Manager will drive OPTICA B2B sales across the assigned Delhi‑NCR territory, implementing the solution and collaborating closely with the factory sales team to identify new and migration opportunities. The role is responsible for meeting and exceeding revenue targets while ensuring seamless supply‑chain operations.

Key responsibilities

• Drive OPTICA B2B sales in the assigned territory, implement the solution, and work with factory sales to grow revenue.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end supply‑chain for consumables (machines, inks, ribbons, fabric care labels, paper tags, RFID blanks) to guarantee zero factory downtime.
• Collaborate with field service engineers to manage spare‑part inventory planning.
• Maintain strong relationships with cross‑functional teams, including factory sales, customer service, product development, warehouse, quality, and MIS for reporting and issue resolution.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor or leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Apparel/Textile Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline (technical education preferred).
• 2 to 4 years of experience in the apparel industry, trim/label manufacturing, or factory‑floor operations.

Required skills

• Familiarity with industrial barcode printers (thermal transfer printers) and label technologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, inventory tracking, and metrics reporting.
