Vice President – Programme Delivery & PMO

About the role

Rolls‑Royce is seeking a Vice President to establish, lead and scale a high‑performing Programme Delivery capability within its Global Business Services (GBS) Centre in India. The role will initially focus on service transitions and later expand to strategic transformation programmes, ensuring consistent execution, strong governance and realisation of business value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex service transitions into the GBS Centre, overseeing mobilisation, stabilisation and benefits realisation.
• Deliver strategic transformation programmes on time, within budget and to quality expectations.
• Act as senior leader for cross‑functional, non‑business‑as‑usual initiatives.
• Establish and grow a scalable Programme Delivery function, building methodologies, governance frameworks, tools and operating models.
• Own portfolio planning, prioritisation, dependency and capacity management.
• Drive executive governance through reporting, milestone tracking, risk management and benefits realisation.
• Partner with executive stakeholders to shape and deliver business priorities and lead change management, communications and stakeholder engagement.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in programme delivery, service transition or large‑scale transformation.
• Strong track record of managing cross‑functional programmes and delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and governance capabilities.
• Ability to build and scale delivery organisations and embed continuous improvement.
