Senior React/Next.js Developer – Contentful CMS

About the role

We are looking for a senior‑level React/Next.js developer to join our engineering team in Bangalore. The role focuses on building scalable, high‑performance web applications using React, Next.js and Contentful CMS, while collaborating closely with UX designers and backend teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain modern web applications with ReactJS and Next.js, ensuring code reusability and scalability.
• Create and manage content‑driven experiences using Contentful CMS.
• Integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs, and work with backend teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
• Optimize applications for speed, SEO, accessibility and performance.
• Lead frontend architecture discussions, mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.

Required skills

• 8–10 years of frontend development experience.
• Strong expertise in ReactJS, Next.js (SSR, SSG) and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Proficiency in TypeScript.
• Hands‑on experience with Contentful CMS and other headless CMS platforms.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL and state‑management libraries (Redux, Context API).
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines and frontend testing tools such as Jest, React Testing Library or Cypress.
