US Recruiter (Night Shift) – Pune

About the role

We are looking for a motivated US Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for our direct US clients. The role is based in Viman Nagar, Pune and operates on a night shift to align with US business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Handle end‑to‑end recruitment for US, UK, EMEA and APAC positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, LinkedIn, internal database and referrals.
• Understand technical requirements of each role and submit matching consultant profiles promptly.
• Build and maintain relationships with consultants and contractors in the assigned region.
• Achieve high conversion rates from submittals to interviews and placements.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months experience in US/UK recruitment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated with a positive attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, metrics‑driven environment.
• Willingness to work night shift (6 pm – 3 am IST, Monday‑Friday).
