Senior Recruiter – Agency Experience Required (On‑site)

About the role

Accel HR is seeking a Senior Recruiter to strengthen its India team in Pune. The role is fully on‑site and focuses on delivering end‑to‑end recruitment solutions for a variety of client accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews and assess candidate fit.
• Coordinate with clients to understand hiring needs and provide regular status updates.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure a smooth hand‑over to hiring managers.

Required profile

• Proven experience in agency or staffing firm recruitment.
• Demonstrated ability to handle end‑to‑end recruitment processes.
• Strong candidate management and client coordination skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proactive, results‑driven attitude with ownership of assigned desks.
