US IT Recruiter (Onsite – Mohali)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated US IT Recruiter to join our growing team in Mohali. You will be responsible for sourcing and placing top US‑based IT talent while navigating tax and visa requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment cycles for US IT positions.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess technical fit.
• Coordinate visa and tax documentation with candidates and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.

Required profile

• 1–4 years of experience in US IT staffing.
• Strong knowledge of US tax terms and visa categories.
• Excellent communication and sourcing abilities.
• Comfortable working night‑shift hours aligned with EST (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM).
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Understanding of US tax terminology.
• Familiarity with US visa types (H‑1B, L‑1, etc.).
