US Recruiter – Work From Home

About the role

We are seeking a proactive US Recruiter to join our in‑house talent acquisition team on a work‑from‑home basis. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, and hiring blue‑collar and professional talent for US‑based positions while operating from our Mohali office.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment cycles from sourcing to offer closure.
• Source candidates via Indeed, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media, and other creative channels.
• Recruit for a variety of roles such as General Manager, Operations Manager, Sales Manager, Accountant, Office Administrator, Social Media Marketing, Trainers, and other professional positions.
• Conduct initial screenings assessing communication, experience, attitude, availability, and suitability.
• Coordinate interviews, follow‑ups, offers, and candidate progression through the hiring process.
• Maintain candidate pipelines using ATS platforms like ZipRecruiter, CareerPlug, or similar systems.
• Build strong candidate relationships and ensure a professional candidate experience.
• Demonstrate understanding of US workplace culture and hiring practices.

Required profile

• Prior experience in US recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong sourcing and candidate‑hunting abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident, professional interaction with US candidates.
• Working knowledge of ATS and recruitment platforms.
• Proactive, resourceful, and target‑oriented mindset.
