Human Resources Executive

About the role

The Human Resources Executive will oversee daily HR operations at our Mohali office, supporting a fast‑paced logistics and transportation business. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on onboarding, employee records, performance management and compliance with HR policies and labor laws.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day HR tasks such as onboarding, maintaining employee records and HR documentation.
• Handle employee relations, support performance management processes and resolve workplace concerns.
• Coordinate recruitment activities, assist with interviews and facilitate new‑hire integration.
• Implement HR initiatives, ensure compliance with labor regulations and collaborate with management to promote a safe, inclusive work environment.

Required profile

• Strong foundational knowledge of Human Resources and HR Management.
• Practical experience in HR operations, including documentation, payroll inputs and recruitment coordination.
• Ability to interpret and apply HR policies, labor laws and company procedures.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field; HR certifications are a plus.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and time‑management skills.
• Prior experience in logistics, transportation or a similar operational environment is preferred but not required.
