US IT Recruiter (Onsite, Hyderabad)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated US IT Recruiter to join our Hyderabad office. You will own the full US recruitment lifecycle, sourcing top‑tier technology talent for our clients and ensuring a smooth hiring experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end US IT recruitment, from requisition to offer.
• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder and other platforms.
• Screen and evaluate applicants against client requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication with candidates.
• Handle W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models.
• Build and sustain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
• Maintain recruitment reports, trackers, and timely submissions.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in US IT recruitment.
• Strong understanding of US staffing processes and tax terms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
