Human Resources Manager

About the role

The Human Resources Manager will lead core HR functions for GC India Dental, focusing on compensation and benefits while partnering with business leaders and regional HR stakeholders. Based in Hyderabad, the role aims to strengthen HR practices, support organisational growth and enhance the employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design and manage compensation and benefits programmes, including salary reviews, promotions, incentives and employee benefit initiatives.
• Partner with business leaders to identify hiring needs, develop recruitment plans and drive workforce planning aligned with growth objectives.
• Develop, implement and review HR policies, handling employee relations, grievances and compliance matters.
• Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews and talent assessments, and support succession planning.
• Identify learning needs, coordinate training programmes and evaluate their effectiveness.
• Plan and execute employee engagement surveys, communication initiatives and culture‑building activities.
• Drive organisational development projects, change management and HR technology implementation.

Required profile

• MBA or PGDM in Human Resources.
• Approximately 10 years of broad HR generalist experience, including senior HR manager roles.
• Strong practical expertise in compensation and benefits across the employee lifecycle.
• Proven ability to develop and implement HR policies, manage employee relations and ensure compliance.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and analytical skills.
