About the role

The multi‑speciality hospital in Raipur is urgently seeking experienced professionals for its Operation Theatre (OT) and nursing departments. Positions include a Senior OT Technician, a Nursing Superintendent, and two Nursing Supervisors. All roles are full‑time and on‑site, offering immediate joining for the right candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain OT setup for surgeries, ensuring all instruments and equipment are sterilised and ready.
• Assist surgeons and anaesthetists during procedures and manage OT instruments.
• Enforce infection‑control protocols and coordinate with nursing and surgical teams.
• Supervise overall nursing operations, manage duty rosters, training, and departmental coordination.
• Maintain compliance with NABH standards and hospital protocols.
• Oversee ward operations, monitor documentation, medication administration, and emergency care coordination.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Operation Theatre Technology for OT role; minimum hands‑on OT experience.
• GNM, B.Sc Nursing or M.Sc Nursing for nursing roles; senior‑level administration experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage schedules, and ensure quality patient care.
