About the role
The Turbine DCS Operator will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of turbine control systems in a 16 MW power plant located in Bilaspur. The role involves daily monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting of instrumentation and control equipment.
Key responsibilities
- Operate and monitor turbine DCS, ensuring continuous optimal power generation.
- Perform regular maintenance and repair of field instrumentation, valves, flow meters, transmitters, and control circuits.
- Record operational data, generate reports, and support shutdown/start‑up procedures.
Required profile
- B.E. or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in turbine DCS operation within a power plant.
- Familiarity with PLC and SCADA systems.
Required skills
- DCS operation and troubleshooting
- Instrumentation and control system maintenance
- PLC programming basics
- Valve and flow‑meter handling
