Tubing / Hose Extrusion Operator – Precision Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Tubing / Hose Extrusion Operator to join our manufacturing facility in Vasai East, Maharashtra. You will operate and maintain a precision extrusion line that produces polyurethane (PU) and polyamide (PA) tubing for medical, pneumatic and other high‑precision applications.

Key responsibilities

• Run PU and PA/Polyamide precision tubing extrusion lines.
• Set up and adjust extrusion parameters such as temperature, screw speed, line speed, cooling, sizing and haul‑off.
• Monitor and control machines via PLC and HMI interfaces.
• Maintain required tube outer diameter, inner diameter, wall thickness and dimensional tolerances.
• Identify extrusion defects, troubleshoot issues related to cooling, sizing, haul‑off and material flow.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance, including basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
• Ensure consistent product quality while minimizing material waste.

Required profile

• 2–5+ years of hands‑on experience with PU, PA/Polyamide, TPU or medical‑grade tubing extrusion.
• Strong understanding of tubing extrusion processes and dimensional control.
• Ability to work 12‑hour shifts in a full‑time, onsite environment.
