Travel Sales Consultant

About the role

Desh Ghumo is seeking a full‑time Travel Sales Consultant to join its Jaipur office. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective and existing travelers, helping them discover personalized itineraries and turning inquiries into confirmed bookings.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand travel preferences and recommend suitable journeys.
• Manage end‑to‑end travel arrangements, including accommodations, transport, and activity bookings.
• Handle reservations, modifications, and cancellations using the company’s booking system.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth trip execution.
• Provide responsive support before, during, and after travel.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings and client interactions.
• Contribute to sales targets and participate in promotional activities.

Required profile

• Strong ability to understand traveler needs and suggest personalized options.
• Experience in travel management or end‑to‑end trip planning.
• Excellent customer‑service mindset with empathy and clear communication.
• Good spoken and written English; Hindi or regional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Jaipur and collaborate with a diverse team.

• Familiarity with CRM platforms and online travel‑booking tools.
