About the role

We are expanding our travel team in Bangalore and are looking for enthusiastic Travel Consultants to help customers plan memorable holidays. You will work on‑site near Hosa Road Metro Station, engaging with both domestic and international travelers.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in planning and booking holiday packages.
• Provide destination information and personalized travel recommendations.
• Prepare quotations and tailor itineraries to client needs.
• Follow up on leads, convert inquiries into confirmed bookings, and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and deliver excellent service throughout the travel experience.

Required profile

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in the travel industry.
• Good knowledge of domestic and international tour packages.
• Strong communication and sales abilities.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and convert leads into bookings.
• Target‑oriented mindset with a passion for travel and customer service.
