Trainee Architect – Entry Level

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Trainee Architect to join our Pune office. The role offers hands‑on exposure to architectural detailing, drafting and coordination on real projects, under the guidance of senior architects. This is an ideal opportunity for recent B.Arch graduates to start their professional journey in a fast‑paced outsourcing and engineering services environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and detail architectural drawings, including IFC, GFC, shop and fabrication drawings.
• Coordinate with internal design teams and external consultants to ensure project milestones are met.
• Maintain daily MIS reports, time‑sheets and project documentation.
• Adhere to client requirements, quality standards and relevant building codes.
• Support the team in meeting predefined delivery timelines and ensure timely delivery of work.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
• 0‑6 months of relevant experience or fresh graduate.
• Strong verbal communication, willingness to learn and ability to work under pressure.
• Process‑oriented, flexible and capable of independent work.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Revit Architecture.
• Familiarity with latest software versions and architectural drawing standards.
