Territory Service Representative – Operations

About the role

The Territory Service Representative – Operations is the on‑ground face of Blue Dart, responsible for ensuring timely pickup and delivery of shipments within an assigned territory while delivering a superior customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and deliver customer shipments according to schedule.
• Handle parcels safely, perform accurate scanning and documentation.
• Manage cash‑on‑delivery (COD) collections and ensure proper proof‑of‑delivery compliance.
• Coordinate with Shift In‑charge and branch operations teams to meet service commitments.
• Maintain adherence to operational procedures, safety standards and brand guidelines.

Required profile

• Professional demeanor with strong customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to work independently in the field and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to handle parcels and travel within the territory.
• Reliability in handling cash and documentation.
