Territory Service Representative

About the role

The Territory Service Representative is responsible for managing the end‑to‑end delivery process within an assigned geographic area. This role ensures that shipments are handled efficiently, customers receive their packages on time, and all documentation is accurately recorded.

Key responsibilities

• Unload bags from the delivery vehicle and scan each shipment.
• Outscan shipments according to the planned delivery route.
• Deliver parcels to the correct address and obtain customer acknowledgment.
• Update the system with accurate undelivered status when necessary.
• Hand over undelivered items and cash‑on‑delivery amounts to the supervisor on the same day.
• Perform timely pickups at customer locations before the cut‑off time.
• Count shipments, obtain customer acknowledgment for serviceable items, and record counts.
• In‑scan shipments upon return to the office, enter data into the system, and manage onward connections.

Required profile

• Physical ability to unload and handle bags of parcels.
• Comfort using handheld scanning devices and basic data‑entry systems.
• Strong attention to detail for accurate status updates and cash handling.
• Good communication skills to obtain customer acknowledgments.
• Reliability in meeting delivery schedules and cut‑off times.
