Territory Service Representative

About the role

The Territory Service Representative is responsible for managing the end‑to‑end delivery process within an assigned area. This role involves handling shipments from the moment they arrive at the depot until they are delivered to customers, ensuring accurate documentation and timely service.

Key responsibilities

• Unload bags from vehicles and scan each shipment upon arrival.
• Outscan shipments according to the planned delivery route.
• Deliver parcels to the correct address and obtain customer acknowledgment.
• Update the system with accurate undelivered status when delivery fails.
• Hand over undelivered shipments and any cash‑on‑delivery (COD) amount to the supervisor on the same day.
• Perform timely pickups at customer locations respecting cut‑off times.
• If shipments are serviceable, count them and secure customer acknowledgment based on the count.
• Inscan shipments after returning to the office, enter data into the system, and manage onward connections.

Required profile

• Physical ability to unload bags and handle shipments.
• Strong attention to detail for scanning and data entry.
• Customer‑focused attitude to obtain acknowledgments and handle COD transactions.
• Reliability in meeting delivery schedules and cut‑off times.
• Basic numeracy for counting shipments and handling cash.
