Telesales Executive

About the role
We are looking for a Telesales Executive who can engage potential customers over the phone. The role requires the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Hindi while presenting products or services persuasively.
Key responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to prospects and existing customers.
- Present product or service information clearly and convincingly.
- Address customer queries and objections using a logical thought process.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes.
Required profile
- Average communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Good thought process and convincing power.
- Knowledge of insurance or sales is an added advantage.
- Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) and graduation are welcome.
Required skills
- Effective verbal communication in English and Hindi.
- Ability to think logically and persuade customers.
