Telemarketer – Outbound Sales & Appointment Setter

About the role

Stratix is seeking a full‑time Telemarketer to join its on‑site team in Dimapur Sadar. You will be the first point of contact for prospective and existing clients, introducing our revenue‑driven systems and helping businesses generate consistent leads.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls to prospects and existing clients.
• Introduce Stratix’s services and explain how they support business growth.
• Schedule appointments for sales consultations and update call records in the CRM.
• Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns.
• Answer basic inquiries, qualify prospects, and collaborate with the sales team to drive conversions.
• Meet daily call and appointment targets while maintaining a professional, customer‑focused approach.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer‑service mindset with the ability to handle inquiries and book meetings efficiently.
• Sales experience or aptitude for identifying opportunities and qualifying leads.
• Ability to work on‑site in Dimapur Sadar and perform consistently in a target‑driven environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; prior telemarketing or call‑center experience is a plus.
• Reliable, self‑motivated and comfortable making a high volume of calls each day.

Required skills
