International Outbound Sales Executive

About the role

EPIV Solutions & Services is looking for an energetic International Outbound Sales Executive to handle US‑based customers. The role involves understanding client needs, presenting suitable products and services, and converting leads into sales during the night shift.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to US customers and capture their requirements.
• Explain products and services clearly and professionally.
• Address customer questions and objections effectively.
• Convert leads and interactions into successful sales.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM system.
• Follow company quality, compliance and communication standards.

Required profile

• Excellent English communication skills with strong negotiation ability.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and meeting sales targets.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
• Willingness to work US night shifts (7 PM – 4 AM, Monday‑Friday).
• 1+ year of US outbound sales or BPO experience preferred; freshers with strong communication are also welcome.
