Customer Care Associate

About the role

As a Customer Care Associate you will be the first point of contact for our customers, taking ownership of their issues and ensuring they are resolved efficiently. You will troubleshoot problems, handle complaints, and work closely with internal teams to maintain high satisfaction levels.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of customer issues and see them through to resolution.
• Troubleshoot problems and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
• Receive and place customer service telephone calls, handling complaints professionally.
• Build positive relationships with customers by providing prompt and reliable support.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through clear communication and timely resolutions.

Required profile

• Graduate degree preferred.
• Good communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and customer support tools is an advantage.
• Prior experience in customer support or a similar role preferred.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a customer‑first mindset.
