About the role
We are seeking motivated, customer‑focused professionals to join our US Healthcare Inbound Patient Calling team in Udaipur. The role involves handling inbound calls from patients, answering their queries, assisting with appointments and ensuring a professional patient experience.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from US patients professionally.
- Assist patients with queries and appointment‑related requirements.
- Provide accurate information and maintain proper call documentation.
- Follow healthcare process guidelines and maintain confidentiality.
- Deliver excellent customer service and meet performance standards.
Required profile
- Freshers with strong English communication skills can apply.
- Candidates with US Healthcare, Patient Calling or Medical Billing experience are preferred.
- Good verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Willingness to work US healthcare processes and rotational/night shifts as needed.
What we offer
- Experienced candidates: up to ₹50,000 per month.
- Freshers: up to ₹25,000 per month.
