Telecaller – Telesales Executive (Sector 35)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Telecaller to join our team and drive outbound outreach for immigration‑related services. You will engage prospective customers, generate qualified leads, and guide them through the sales process.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and clearly explain immigration services.
• Handle incoming enquiries, providing accurate information on service options, processes, and fees.
• Generate and qualify leads through telecalling, following up with interested prospects.
• Convert qualified leads into customers by addressing objections and presenting suitable solutions.
• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets while maintaining detailed call and lead records.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects and existing clients, offering timely updates throughout the sales cycle.
• Coordinate with internal teams for further processing when required.
