Telecaller – Personal Loans (Fintech)

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Telecaller to support customers throughout the personal loan application journey. You will engage both inbound and outbound prospects, address drop‑off reasons, and guide them to successful loan disbursal.

Key responsibilities

• Call customers who drop off at various stages, understand their concerns, and help complete the application.
• Handle inbound leads from marketing campaigns within defined turnaround times.
• Make outbound calls to generate interest and qualified leads for personal loan products.
• Explain product features, eligibility, interest rates, fees, and documentation requirements clearly.
• Guide customers step‑by‑step through the digital loan application, including KYC and document submission.
• Maintain accurate call dispositions in the CRM/dialer system and follow up systematically.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for connects, conversions, and disbursals.
• Adhere to call quality standards, scripts, and regulatory/compliance guidelines.
• Share customer feedback and drop‑off insights with product and marketing teams.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of telecalling or telesales experience in personal loans, preferably in fintech or NBFC.
• Fluency in any three of English, Kannada, Tamil, Hindi, Marathi, or Telugu.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and objection‑handling abilities.
• Basic understanding of personal loan eligibility, KYC, and credit bureau concepts.
• Minimum education: 12th pass; diploma or graduate preferred.
