Technical Services Engineer

About the role

Airbus FHS is seeking a Technical Services Engineer to support airline customers in New Delhi. The role focuses on delivering engineering solutions, handling technical queries, and ensuring aircraft reliability and airworthiness in line with DGCA, EASA and FAA standards.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve technical queries from airline customers.
• Trigger and follow‑up corrective actions to meet KPI targets.
• Consolidate and analyse in‑service data to support reliability studies.
• Provide immediate, mid‑term and long‑term engineering support for powerplant, APU, systems and structures.
• Evaluate technical publications and manage embodiment updates.
• Support AOG situations, major assembly induction, and de‑lease activities.
• Prepare reports and monitor operational KPIs for the Tailored Support Program.
• Develop digital tools to improve engineering activity monitoring.

Required profile

• Experience with aircraft powerplant, APU, avionics and structural systems.
• Familiarity with airworthiness regulations (DGCA, EASA, FAA).
• Ability to analyse in‑service data and drive corrective actions.
• Strong customer focus and ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.
