About the role

The Heavy Water Board (HWB) is recruiting for a range of positions across its heavy water plants and related units in India. Opportunities include Technical Officer, Stipendiary Trainee, Scientific Assistant, Technician, Sub Officer, Stenographer, and Upper Division Clerk roles.

Key responsibilities

• Perform technical and engineering tasks related to heavy water production and plant operations.
• Assist in scientific measurements, radiography, and civil works as required.
• Operate and maintain equipment such as cranes and forklifts.
• Provide administrative support, documentation, and clerical services.
• Participate in written examinations, skill tests, and interviews as part of the selection process.

Required profile

• Eligible candidates as per the eligibility criteria specified by HWB.
• Educational qualifications matching the specific post (e.g., engineering degree for Technical Officer, relevant diploma for Technician).
• For SC/ST, PWD, ex‑servicemen and women candidates, fee exemption applies.
