Team Leader – Housekeeping

About the role
The Team Leader – Housekeeping will support the efficient operation of the housekeeping department at Hyatt Regency Thrissur, ensuring that guest rooms and public areas meet the brand’s high standards of cleanliness and presentation. This role works closely with the Housekeeping Manager to uphold Hyatt International’s corporate strategies and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily housekeeping activities across guest rooms and floors.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely cleaning, maintenance reporting, and inventory control.
- Monitor compliance with Hyatt brand standards and local health & safety regulations.
- Support training and development of housekeeping staff.
- Help resolve guest issues related to room cleanliness and service quality.
Required profile
- Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in hotel operations, preferably in housekeeping.
- Strong problem‑solving, administrative and interpersonal abilities.
