About the role

We are looking for a proactive Team Leader for Food & Beverage Service at Alila Diwa Goa. The role supports the Outlet Manager in delivering high‑quality service that aligns with Hyatt International’s brand standards and guest expectations.

Key responsibilities

Assist the Outlet Manager in the day‑to‑day operation of the outlet, ensuring smooth service flow.
Maintain compliance with corporate strategies, brand standards, and health & safety regulations.
Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any issues.
Coordinate with back‑of‑house and front‑of‑house teams to guarantee efficient service delivery.
Support inventory control, staffing schedules, and administrative tasks.

Required profile

Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel or restaurant operations.
Strong problem‑solving abilities.
Excellent administrative and interpersonal skills.
