Tax Regulations Specialist – Remote (Contract)

About the role

We are seeking a Tax Regulations Specialist to review and interpret U.S. tax statutes and regulations. This remote contract role supports our multidisciplinary team in enhancing AI models with accurate tax law insights.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyze U.S. tax statutes, regulations, and legal documents for accuracy and clarity.
• Interpret complex sections of the Internal Revenue Code (IRC) and Treasury Regulations.
• Provide detailed feedback on legal language, focusing on statutory exceptions and technical accuracy.
• Summarize key provisions of U.S. tax law for analytical and training purposes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to contextualize tax law insights for AI model improvement.
• Maintain up‑to‑date awareness of legislative changes and developments in U.S. taxation.

Required profile

• Proficiency with the Internal Revenue Code (IRC) and Treasury Regulations.
• Exceptional statutory interpretation and legal analysis skills.
• Professional credential such as CA, CPA, or EA (strongly preferred).
• Experience reviewing, drafting, or analyzing legal or tax‑related documentation.
