Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

Deloitte’s Technology & Transformation practice is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end‑to‑end recruitment across multiple service lines. Based in Mumbai (with flexibility for Bangalore), you will partner with business leaders to attract, engage and hire top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruitment for lateral, leadership and niche positions across various business functions.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to define workforce needs and talent strategies.
• Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, employee referrals, social media and market mapping.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and hard‑to‑fill roles.
• Ensure a seamless and timely candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Monitor, analyze and report recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 11–15 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within technology or consulting environments.
• Proven experience managing recruitment teams and handling senior‑level hires.
• Strong business acumen and ability to partner with senior stakeholders.
• Based in Mumbai or Bangalore and willing to work onsite.
