HR Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting hiring decisions. The role requires strong organizational abilities and a passion for matching talent with business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and initiate requisitions.
• Draft and post job descriptions across job boards, portals, and social media.
• Source candidates through databases, professional networks, employee referrals, and social platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess fit.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
• Maintain accurate MIS data on candidate and hiring status.
• Handle employee referral bonus communications.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Represent the company at job fairs, campus drives, and other recruitment events.
• Support the HR department with additional tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Graduate or degree holder in Human Resources or a related field.
• 1–4+ years of proven experience as an HR Recruiter.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and labour laws.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
