Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

We are seeking a performance‑driven Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end‑to‑end IT recruitment initiatives. Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will manage a team of recruiters, partner with business stakeholders, and ensure timely hiring across multiple technology functions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee full‑cycle recruitment for IT and technology positions.
• Design and implement hiring strategies aligned with workforce plans.
• Mentor and manage a team of recruiters to meet hiring targets and SLAs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and market dynamics.
• Source talent via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and talent mapping.
• Build and maintain pipelines for critical and niche tech skill sets.
• Track recruitment metrics such as TAT, offer‑to‑join ratio, and source effectiveness.
• Conduct market research and competitor hiring analysis.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and best‑practice adoption.
• Support employer branding and talent attraction programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA/PGDM preferred).
• 8–12 years of recruitment experience, with at least 4‑5 years in a team‑leadership role.
• Prior experience in IT staffing, recruitment consulting, RPO, GCC, or corporate talent acquisition.
• Proven ability to meet hiring targets, time‑to‑fill, and quality‑of‑hire metrics.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
