Assistant Manager - Training

About the role

Assistant Manager – Training will lead the design, development and delivery of learning solutions for MakeMyTrip’s Hotels business in Gurugram. The role bridges Learning & Development, content creation and marketing communication to equip internal teams and partner ecosystems with the knowledge and skills needed to execute business priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver structured skill‑development programs, role‑based trainings, refresher sessions and continuous learning interventions aligned with evolving business needs.
• Create high‑impact learning assets such as presentations, facilitator guides, videos, e‑learning modules, promotional videos and job aids.
• Own end‑to‑end production of partner‑facing communication assets (emails, flyers, banners, videos, digital creatives) and manage multi‑channel campaigns supporting product launches and key initiatives.
• Develop learning‑focused communication and marketing materials including newsletters, launch decks, mailers, FAQs and playbooks to reinforce training programmes.
• Facilitate engaging classroom, virtual and hybrid training sessions for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring high participation and clear knowledge transfer.
• Build and manage internal and external learning communities or social platforms to drive engagement and continuous upskilling.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in end‑to‑end training management and content creation.
• Strong ability to design and deliver effective learning programmes at scale.
• Excellent communication skills for creating partner‑facing and learning‑focused assets.
• Proven facilitation skills for classroom, virtual and hybrid sessions.
• Experience in managing learning communities or social platforms.
