Learning & Development Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Learning & Development Manager to lead the day‑to‑day training operations across the organization. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and continuously improve training programs that empower employees to excel in their roles.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch training programs aligned with business objectives.
• Create curricula, select qualified instructors, and manage program budgets.
• Schedule classes, distribute materials, and ensure participants are prepared for each session.
• Analyze course evaluations to identify high‑impact topics and effective instructors.
• Ensure all training initiatives comply with legal and industry standards.
• Partner with senior leadership to define strategic training goals.
• Research emerging training methodologies and technologies for workplace application.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• 10+ years of consultative professional training management experience, preferably in consulting, technology, SaaS, or professional services.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with employees, managers, and stakeholders.
• Strong budgeting and strategic planning capabilities.
• Outstanding time‑management skills to juggle multiple projects.
