Talent Acquisition Associate (Remote, India)

About the role

BairesDev® is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes for its global client base. The role is fully remote and requires a candidate based in India who can evaluate, engage, and guide talent through the hiring journey.

Key responsibilities

• Review candidates’ online profiles and assess overall suitability.
• Conduct outreach via phone, Zoom, LinkedIn, and email.
• Perform comprehensive interviews to evaluate qualifications, experience, interests, commitment, and logical reasoning.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring accurate and timely documentation in the ATS.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates to keep them engaged throughout the process.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in full‑cycle recruitment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems.
• Ability to connect with candidates from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Based in India with advanced English proficiency.
