Employee Services Specialist – US Shift

About the role

The Employee Services Specialist provides transactional HR services and responds to internal inquiries for global employees, primarily supporting US‑based operations. Working on a night shift from Bangalore, the role ensures accurate, timely information across HR processes and systems.

Key responsibilities

• Assist internal customers with inquiries on performance management, Workday HR system, policies, benefits, payroll, learning platforms, stock plans and immigration cases.
• Apply knowledge of US mobility and immigration processes to resolve related requests.
• Escalate complex issues to supervisors while maintaining confidentiality and a customer‑focused approach.
• Participate in process‑improvement initiatives to enhance service efficiency.
• Uphold data protection, confidentiality and professional standards in all interactions.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in customer‑service or HR support roles.
• Bachelor’s degree and full proficiency in English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a creative mindset.
