Tailor – Hotel Uniform Management

About the role

The Tailor will manage the distribution, inspection, and inventory of hotel uniforms and linens at our Goa location. This role ensures that all staff receive clean, professional attire while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Distribute clean uniforms to personnel according to company specifications.
• Record assigned and unassigned uniforms as they are distributed, returned, or cleaned.
• Inspect uniforms for damage, remove substandard items, and issue replacements.
• Complete inventory counts of uniforms and linens as assigned.
• Follow all safety and security policies, report accidents, and complete required training.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
• Answer telephone calls using professional etiquette and communicate clearly with staff.
• Support team goals, listen to employee concerns, and uphold quality standards.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, reaching, bending, and lifting items up to 25 lb.
• Assist with other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification required.
