System Administrator & IT Stores Manager

About the role

Skylink is looking for a proactive System Administrator who will also manage the IT stores. You will ensure the reliability of our telecom infrastructure while handling inventory and vendor coordination for all IT assets.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain servers, desktops, laptops, printers and related equipment.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues.
• Manage user accounts, email IDs, access rights and permissions.
• Implement data backup, recovery and security procedures, including antivirus and firewall updates.
• Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations and IT asset inventories.
• Coordinate with vendors for AMC contracts, repairs and support.
• Support internal teams with IT-related requests and assist during audits.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• 0‑1 year of professional experience; willingness to grow in system administration.
• Strong understanding of Windows operating systems and basic networking concepts.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
