Associate II NOC Analyst – Network & Server Operations

About the role

Alcon is looking for an Associate II NOC Analyst to act as the primary contact for infrastructure‑related services, ensuring alignment with internal standards and guidelines. The role involves collaborating with multiple teams to maintain service quality, security, and compliance across data‑center, LAN, WAN, voice, video and public‑cloud environments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage NOC infrastructure services to meet agreed service levels.
• Configure, manage and troubleshoot enterprise routing and switching on Cisco and Juniper platforms.
• Deploy, configure and support SD‑WAN solutions (Cisco Viptela, Meraki or equivalent).
• Monitor infrastructure availability, capacity and performance, proposing improvements.
• Drive system upgrades, patches and migrations independently.
• Document network configurations, changes and troubleshooting steps.

Required profile

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of IT experience in networks, cloud or voice infrastructure.
• Cisco CCNA or equivalent certification.
• Willingness to work shift patterns (6 am‑3 pm or 2 pm‑11 pm) and provide weekend support.

Required skills

• SD‑WAN technologies (Cisco Viptela, Meraki).
• Cisco and Juniper routing & switching (OSPF, BGP, VLAN, STP).
• Network management tools: Bluecat, ServiceNow.
• Firewalls, WLC, ISE, Juniper Mist.
• Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure.
• Voice technologies such as CUCM.
