Mid‑Senior Backend Java Developer (MTS/SMTS)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced backend Java developer to write high‑quality, bug‑free code for enterprise telecom applications. The candidate will work independently, needs minimal direction and will collaborate closely with front‑end developers and the wider team.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate user‑facing elements developed by front‑end developers with server‑side logic.
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Design and implement data storage solutions.
• Own, design, write and test quality code independently.
• Conduct unit testing and maintain automated test frameworks.
• Identify risks and plan mitigation actions.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of Java enterprise development experience.
• Self‑motivated, excellent team player with strong verbal and written communication.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Background in telecom protocols (SIP/SS7) is a plus.
• BE/BTech/MTech degree from a Tier‑1 engineering college.
