Support Die Designer

About the role
The Support Die Designer ensures that high‑quality, validated die designs are ready for production. Working closely with the manufacturing and marketing teams, you will help standardise designs, assess feasibility of enquiries and maintain a safe die shop environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare die designs according to company standards and ensure their availability for manufacturing.
- Implement the standardisation process introduced by Hindalco.
- Analyse marketing enquiries and provide timely feasibility studies.
- Upgrade designs based on performance feedback from production plants.
- Monitor the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and counsel workers on safe procedures.
- Maintain safe working conditions within the die shop.
Required profile
- Experience with die design and familiarity with manufacturing standards.
- Ability to collaborate with marketing and production teams.
- Strong focus on safety and continuous improvement.
