Packing Technician – Pharmaceutical Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking a Packing Technician to work in our USFDA‑approved pharmaceutical manufacturing plant. The role involves operating blister‑packing and bottle‑filling lines, ensuring every batch meets cGMP and FDA requirements while maintaining strict documentation standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor blister packing machines and bottle filling lines according to batch records.
• Perform in‑process checks such as pack integrity, labeling, and batch coding, and record results accurately.
• Execute equipment cleaning, changeovers, and preventive maintenance following SOPs.
• Maintain production records in line with ALCOA+ principles and ensure data integrity.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report major problems to maintenance.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and regulatory standards at all times.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical packing operations, preferably in an OSD environment.
• Knowledge of cGMP, FDA regulations, and documentation practices.
• Ability to work in a controlled cleanroom environment and follow strict SOPs.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with blister packing machines.
• Hands‑on experience with bottle filling machines.
