Successfactor Security Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SuccessFactors Security Specialist to lead Role‑Based Permissions (RBP) management across our SuccessFactors landscape. The role focuses on secure access governance, user provisioning, and compliance within an AMS environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain RBP across SuccessFactors modules, especially Employee Central.
• Design, review, and optimize roles and permission groups to meet business and compliance needs.
• Handle user access requests, provisioning, role assignments, and permission updates via ticketing systems.
• Provide L2/L3 support for security incidents, troubleshoot access issues, and resolve role conflicts.
• Support internal and external audits, prepare documentation, and track remediation.
• Participate in releases and enhancements, performing security impact analysis and testing.
• Recommend continuous improvements in security governance, role design, and access control processes.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in SuccessFactors security or related HRIS security functions.
• Strong expertise in Role‑Based Permissions (RBP) and Employee Central.
• Proven ability to work within defined SLAs and maintain audit readiness.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills for complex access and permission issues.
