Structural Design Engineer – Tall Buildings

About the role

We are seeking a Structural Design Engineer to join our Bangalore‑based Civil & Structural team. You will work on high‑rise and tall building projects, collaborating with senior engineers, architects and multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design of high‑rise structures using reinforced concrete and/or structural steel.
• Prepare calculations, drawings, specifications and technical documentation for gravity and lateral load‑resisting systems, including wind and seismic loading.
• Model and analyse structures with ETABS, SAFE, STAAD.Pro, SAP2000 or equivalent tools.
• Coordinate designs with architectural, MEP, façade, geotechnical and other engineering disciplines.
• Review BIM/CAD models to ensure design intent and compliance with Indian and international codes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s in Structural Engineering preferred).
• Experience in structural design of tall or high‑rise buildings.
• Strong understanding of load paths, lateral stability, wind and seismic design, and foundation systems.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary, international project environment.

Required skills

• ETABS and SAFE (hands‑on experience preferred).
• STAAD.Pro or SAP2000 knowledge.
• Reinforced concrete and steel structural design.
• Wind and seismic analysis.
• Revit Structure/BIM workflow.
